This product is disappointing, to be honest. I've owned my Mondaine watch for many years and have always bought the Mondaine black leather with cream stitching replacement straps, which is what the watch had when new. It now appears that Mondaine, in their wisdom, have stopped making that strap and the only one available in 22mm size is this 'grape leather' version which doesn't have any stitching. So the first disappointment is that the strap doesn't look as good and doesn't match how the watch looked when it was new. Secondly, the 'grape leather' doesn't look or feel like real leather but feels quite plasticky by comparison. Time will tell how long it will last or whether it will take on a real leather appearance with wear. Given this reduction in quality I think the full price (which is the same as the real leather straps) is poor value for money. When this one wears out I think I will look around for a good-quality leather strap from another manufacturer.

However, I have no criticism of First Class Watches who gave great service. The ordering was easy from the website and the 15% discount with free delivery made the strap better value for money. Despatch and delivery was really quick. So in conclusion, I would highly recommend First Class Watches but not this product.

I won't review the watch as I expect nothing less than quality from Victorinox. But I will say that the service from First Class watches was exceptional. Delivery options were extensive and the actual delivery was bang on time with effective security checks. Good communication throughout.

Delighted with my Casio gw5610u .

Received the watch and removed the collar on the winder which prevents the watch running whilst in the box, adjusted the time and date and watch failed to run. As this was a sale item I think the battery is dead from long term storage. The watch could not have been checked before sending it out. I returned same day for a refund.
