Really pleased with the watch and the service. Good coordination with the manufacturer. I got timely delivery of the watch - in perfect condition and with links removed to match my wrist size (per request).

The watch itself was as expected. Really happy with the quality, the protect Matte black dial and copious AR coating makes the watch look great. Easy adjust strap is already a bonus in these warming months.

This was my second purchase from first class watches, will likely come back for more.

I ordered the Bauhaus Aviation watch after cancelling an order with another seller who said they had to obtain the watch from the maker, but had not managed to do so after seven weeks. In contrast I checked with First Class that they had one in stock, and from then on the service and communication was outstanding. The watch came within days and the delivery was tracked. The watch itself is great.
