About Our Company
First Class Watches was launched in 2005 by James Moore & Co, the family jewellers of Kenilworth, Warwickshire, and is still family owned and run from the same town. More than twenty years on it is one of the UK's largest independent watch retailers: an authorised retailer for more than 100 watch and jewellery brands, serving customers across the UK and worldwide, with the James Moore Jewellers showroom at 9 Warwick Road for anyone who would rather see a watch in person.
Every watch is photographed in-house and backed by thousands of customer reviews, free bracelet adjustment, price matching and the same manufacturer's warranty as the high street. The business has been a finalist at the UK Jewellery Awards every year from 2020 to 2024, was nominated at the WatchPro Awards for four years before that, and was recognised at the UK Watch Awards in 2026.
